Terms of Use

By accessing or using bgixtech.com (the "Site"), operated by BGixTech Integration Solutions ("BGixTech", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site describes BGixTech's custom software, system integration, and application development services, showcases products and apps we've built (including live previews embedded from other domains), publishes articles, and lets visitors request a consultation or subscribe to a newsletter. The Site does not itself deliver software, and nothing on it constitutes a binding offer of services — any engagement is subject to a separate agreement between you and BGixTech.

The Site is intended for business and professional use. By submitting the consultation form or subscribing to the newsletter, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to provide the information you submit, whether for yourself or on behalf of an organization.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form on the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying systems, or any account, database, or network connected to it.
• Use automated means (scraping, bots, crawlers outside of standard search-engine indexing) to extract content from the Site without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including embedded previews, in any way.
• Use the Site to transmit malware or any other harmful code.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation through your use of the Site.

Certain pages embed a live preview of an application inside a sandboxed iframe pointing to a third-party or client-operated domain. These previews are provided for demonstration purposes only. BGixTech does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, availability, security, or behavior of any embedded third-party application. Your interaction with an embedded preview may be subject to that third party's own terms and privacy policy.

The Site and its original content — including text, graphics, logos, the BGixTech name and marks, and the underlying design and code — are owned by BGixTech or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product and app names, logos, and content belonging to our clients remain the property of those clients. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites (including client or partner sites) that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Links do not imply endorsement.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BGixTech and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid us to access it (which, for the public website, is zero).

You agree to indemnify and hold BGixTech harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 8, 9, and 10) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation before either party pursues formal proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
